How is HireFeed different from Indeed or LinkedIn?

HireFeed is built for a specific kind of hiring — high-volume contract, gig, and AI training work — that doesn't fit cleanly on a general-purpose job board. Every role shows pay upfront, freshness is measured in seconds, and apply links go directly to the source ATS without ever touching a recruiter network. We don't sell candidate data, we don't cross-list to scrapers, and we don't auto-enroll you in 12 partner mailing lists when you click apply.

Do you charge candidates anything?

No, and we never will. Browsing jobs and applying to them are all free, forever. HireFeed and joblet.ai are funded by the partner side — staffing networks, RPOs, and enterprise TA teams pay for guaranteed distribution into a high-quality candidate audience. You're not the product.

Do you sell my data?

No. When you click "Apply," your browser is 302-redirected straight to the source ATS. We log the click for our own analytics (job ID, anonymous session ID, hashed IP) but we do not collect, store, or resell résumés, profiles, or contact info. Pulse subscriptions store your email and your filter preferences — that's it. One-click unsubscribe in every email.

How do I know the jobs are real?

Every role is pulled from a verified ATS feed, JSON API, or direct ATS integration with the source company (Outlier, Scale AI, Mercor, etc.). We run automated freshness checks every 60 seconds — once a job closes or expires at the source, it falls off HireFeed within minutes. We never scrape LinkedIn or Indeed, and we never accept reposts.

Why do you only show jobs with pay disclosed?

Because "competitive salary" and "DOE" waste your time. We treat pay as a hard requirement: if the source ATS doesn't expose hourly rate, salary range, or contract value, the role is quietly excluded. The result is a smaller list, but every role you see is one you can actually evaluate.
